I built a kernel, but it failed. I have to boot with the old kernel. How
to collect the boot message of the failed one?

Boot it with qemu (http://fabrice.bellard.free.fr/qemu/)
when I use dmesg command, now, it didn't show the failure message.
Are you sure that the failure is in the kernel? Maybe it's related with some userland library or service that get corrupted with the new kernel...
Thanks in advance.
