Yes, if you have already 4.

Error messages ans similar would have been nice.
Now I see the problem:
- You can have at most 4 primary partitions (but an - more or less -
  unspecified amount of partitions in the extended partition). BTW
  Windows creates always the extended partition as the second one
  (if you have one).
- The created extended partition is too small. Use parted, gparted or
  a similar tool (if necessary after booting a Knoppix or another
  Live-CD) to make it larger. Voila.
