What is the best way to retrieve the header file in
which the specific macro has been defined ?
For example the line mm/page_alloc.c:1210 contains the
following code:
struct page * fastcall
__alloc_pages(gfp_t gfp_mask, unsigned int order,
struct zonelist *zonelist)
The "fastcall" macro has been defined in the following
files for i386 architecture:
1. include/linux/linkage.h:64
2. include/asm-i386/linkage.h:6
Which is the proper file containing the macro?
What is the quickest way to know it ?
I browse the kernel 2.6.22.6.
