Call control through PrivacyShield

Hello alex,

Many of our users have asked for more details about the jaxtr PrivacyShield feature, so here is a quick tutorial:

Jaxtr's PrivacyShield check box (shown under the "Call Controls" section of your HOME page), allows you to control who can ring your phone through jaxtr. If you keep the PrivacyShield box checked (default setting), all incoming jaxtr calls will be sent straight to your jaxtr voicemail unless the caller is a jaxtr Friend or someone you have marked as an "Approved" caller on your CALLS page. To approve a caller, simply click on the icon in the Filter column of your CALLS page and select "Approved".

We recommend that you keep the PrivacyShield box checked at all times so that you don't ever have to worry about unwanted calls. And with that peace of mind, click here to post your jaxtr widget or link on your blog, social network, or email signature today.

Happy talking!

Your jaxtr Team
