Xfbdev, largest cursor

When using xdpyinfo on an ARM board, I noticed that the largest cursor was
set to 1024x768 where on my pc it is 32x32.  can anyone tell me how this
affects KDRIVE/tiny-x/x-windows and where it is setup ?
