my first i2c device

Hardware people gave me daughter card with 3 chips sitting on i2c bus. I am 
trying to create driver for them.
Should i create 3 different i2c drivers and i2c_clietns on 1 i2c adapter (like 
sensors) or it required to create 3 adapters?
