Hi All,
I have dev box setup on VMware workstation 6.0. In which I have rhel3 U8 AS OS. Where I am compiling linux-2.6.22.tar.gz kernel.
Steps:-
- downloaded the linux-2.6.22.tar.gz
- extracted it as
#tar -zxvf linux-2.6.22.tar.gz
#cd linux-2.6.22
- configure it as
#make defconfig
- checked dependency
#make dep (there is not dependency at all)
- compiled it as
#make
At last i hit the following warning messages.
