In the traditional(NON-NAPI) approach it uses the input_queue and in the
NAPI case it uses the interfaces as well as the virtual device i.e.
input_queue.
Am I right?

In short do not get confused with the way NAPI devices are polled and
legacy devices are polled.
First one hold true for NAPI devices where more than one interfaces
actually point to same net_device device. In second case it is the
traditionaly way.
