Yes, Pradeep it's basically interfaces, doesn't matter whether it's one or more NIC's ,after all the reception and transmission of frames is through interfaces.
In short do not get confused with the way NAPI devices are polled and legacy devices are polled. First one hold true for NAPI devices where more than one interfaces actually point to same net_device device. In second case it is the traditionaly way. Hope i am correct?
