It is really difficult to understand what you are trying to say. But from what I can make out, you had some userspace code that you have pushed to the kernel space. And you are asking whether memcpy() can be used instead of copy_from_user(). Yes, since the data now exists in kernel space, memcpy can / should be used. In fact I think copy_from_user() won't even work in this case.
