Hi, 
I dig out this old post, cause i thought that it could interest someone.

I encoutered this framework for tracing syscall and "events" more in 
general, made by Roland McGrath.

It's IMHO of a very big interest for ones that want to make his own modules 
and/or interfaces for debugging applications or other modules.
( for example: if you want to see also part of a device memory, or somewhat 
you can have in you mind )
