why would something depend on "!PM"??

  just ran across the following Kconfig file entry in
drivers/usb/storage/Kconfig:

config USB_STORAGE_ONETOUCH
	bool "Support OneTouch Button on Maxtor Hard Drives (EXPERIMENTAL)"
	depends on USB_STORAGE && INPUT_EVDEV && EXPERIMENTAL && !PM
	...

  maybe i'm missing something, but why would supporting the maxtor
one-touch feature depend on having *no* power management? AFAICT,
that's the only Kconfig feature in the entire tree that has that
property.
