what's the purpose of the Architecture selection when doing a code
browse or code search? the basic source tree is still going to be the
same, isn't it?

One thought that sruck my mind was this: If an API is defined by
multiple architectures in code (e.g. setup_arch), a search for the
same should only give you the definition that is applicable for the
selected architure. This would have been a useful feature, but it does
not look like the case.
