That's true, Phoenix/Ami/Award don't support BIOS upgrades for
individual boards. You need to get BIOS updates from the board vendor
(I get mine from Abit for my desktop and Sony for my laptop).

If your vendor doesn't have BIOS updates, you might either try another
website (for example: Asus has US, european and Asian websites), or try
to contact their support department.
