Don't select CONFIG_KDB_OFF during rebuilding the kernel.

Hi,

i have read that we can debug boot process using kdb. for that it should be enabled on boot time with kdb=early flag. but it is not stopping there.,

if kdb is off defaulty, then how to invoke it to debug boot process.
