i am planning to add the Broadcom bcm5706 (bnx2) to my test kernel. can
anyone plz tell me the link of the source code, because i am unable to find
it in the broadcom site...

What do you mean by adding to kernel. bnx2 driver is already shipped
with the latest linux kernel. When you do 'make menuconfig', you would
find it in 'Device Drivers' -> 'Network Device Support' -> 'Ethernet
(1000 Mbit). Also, I don't think broadcom ever supported open source
drivers so that it would just be a waste of time searching in their
website for linux drivers.
