Problem in writting block device driver

Hi friends,
 I am writing a block device driver. I tried the RAM
 Disk driver. It works fine.
 I have created 100 MB Raw partition I want to write block driver for it

 so that i could keep this partition and  its accounting separate from other 
 partition.   so please tell me necessary  file to be read.
    Please help me.
