Hi All,
I have a doubt on where the keyborad strokes are getting
captured for key combinations like , Ctrl + Alt + F1 / F2/ F3 etc. to switch from
GUI to terminal.
Do such key combinations also get delivered to the Process which is
executing at that point of time ? where are the checks for these Key
combinations actually made ?
For Eg: When i'am working on GEdit (a Text Editor) , and press Ctrl + Alt + F1,
how is the switch made to the text mode from Graphics mode ? where
are these keys intercepted, as they actually belong to GEdit ?
Any pointers to where to find the info, will be helpful.
