This message is for anyone who may have bookmarked my page, which covers the early 2.4 stock kernel's VM code. I have also fixed all the LXR links in my MM site so that they actually link to the proper places in the source code; this feature has been broken for some time, which significantly reduced the site's usefulness. I mention all this only because several people have contacted me about this material in the past few months.
