Hi,
Have u check your .config for CONFIG_WATCHDOG? if its not present then select it while building kernel config file and build kernel and boot that image. For NMI watchdog check http://www.centos.org/docs/3/release-notes/as-x86/RELEASE-NOTES-U3-x86-en.html
regards,
Parag.

Hi,

In the kernel configuration (as of 2.6.9) CONFIG_DEBUG_SPINLOCK help
message, it says: "This is best used in conjunction with the NMI
watchdog so that spinlock deadlocks are also debuggable."

What is this NMI watchdog? How do I enable it? NMI and watchdog words
don't exist in my .config.

Thanks,
Bahadir
