I'm porting my project to 2.6.14 and I've encountered two problems.
The first is with this declaration:
#if(LINUX_VERSION_CODE > KERNEL_VERSION(2,4,4))
The error reported is: missing binary operator before token "("
The other regards the 4 page table levels.
The question is: since what kernel version, the page table levels are four and
not three?
