Dear Chan, if you write to a ml such as kernelnewbies is nice to extend the whole question to ml itself no only to Daniele... people here may be don't know anything about UDP module so a better explanation about your need may lead us to give you an hand...
 
Indeed... why do you need to bind a configuration issue such as IP address directly in kernel when ifconfig could be so useful?
 
Ps: "plz give reply immediatly" is not really kind... IMHO of course
