Hi,

How about adding these lines...
len is the length of your data..
	skb->len = sizeof(struct nlmsghdr) + len;
	skb->tail = skb->data + skb->len;
	skb->truesize = skb->len;
	netlink_unicast (nl_sk, skb, pid, MSG_DONTWAIT);
