-mm tree include kgdb oe patch. If you want to patch your kernel 2.6.111 have a look here :
ftp://ftp.kernel.org/pub/linux/kernel/people/akpm/patches/2.6/2.6.11/2.6.11-mm4/broken-out/

you should find all the needed patches
especially ftp://ftp.kernel.org/pub/linux/kernel/people/akpm/patches/2.6/2.6.11/2.6.11-mm4/broken-out/kgdboe-netpoll.patch
