1) You are not running 2.6.9-6.28
2) You are running a tainted kernel, tainted by proprietary and probably
   a broken module (which one?)
3) You used insmod -f. *BAD*.
4) You either recompiled your kernel by hand or replaced all your
modules; if the modules and the kernel mismatch you're in deep trouble,
don't do that
5) If you can reproduce this on an actual RH kernel you should report
this to Red Hat. (as is that is of no use; you hacked the thing too
much)
6) It seems you patched in kdb for some reason.... why??
