Hi, I'am running Fedora Core 3 on my destktop having intel 915GAV motherboard. I'am using the sound drivers supplied by alsa-1.0.8, but the souncard does not get detected. cat /proc/asound/cards , says no sound cards detected. I have tried loading , snd-ac97-codec.ko, intel8x0m.ko & intel8x0.ko drivers by using modprobe. Is there any tweakiing to be done to the driver to have things working ? Please do let me know if you have faced a similar issue. Cheers !
