Hello,
I am trying to replace the broadcom driver on the
Fedora core 3 boot (rescue) CD from
tg3 to the latest version from broadcom (bcm57xx.ko). I compiled the module
for the
2.6.9-1.667 kernel, 586, 4kStacks. Then I boot the rescue CD, and at the
shell,
I rmmod tg3.
Then I perform an insmod on bcm5700.ko and it gives an error saying :
bcm5700: Unknown symbol copy_from_user
bcm5700: Unknown symbol copy_to_user
Would someone please let me know what I need to do to get past this error
?
