Hey, I am not sure how to check if devfs is mounted, but I assume it is, as for example modprobe sonypi - creates /dev/sonypi0 rmmod sonypi - deletes /dev/sonypi and df /dev/ /sys/ Filesystem 1K-blocks Used Available Use% Mounted on - 0 0 0 - /sys - 257556 168 257388 1% /dev If devfs_mk_xxx is obsolete, I am happy use udev. Could you just point me to name of the function I am looking for?
