Good. A basic programming excercise I suppose... I hope you are not
talking about some classroom duty... anyway.

I can't figure out what are your needs. Simply you check out google or
kernel sources about handling (both in read than write access) a /proc
entry and use it to store your variable from userspace (echo "string"
> /proc/your_good_entry is enought from the userspace side).
