Hi....I want to know what is the time accuracy that a linux box can achieve.... I know that my question is not absolutely specific-related with the discussions of this mailing list... but i need your knowledge on this point.. I want to set up a ntp server and the guys from the ntp mailing-list told me that linux boxes lose frequent time interrupts.. What is the accuracy a linux clock can achieve? I know that the kernel can show a very small timestamp but this doesn't mean that has and the same accuracy. As u can understand i want to discuss about the linux time kernel architecture and the accuracy a pc running linux can guarantee... Thx I am all ears... Thx a lot Paleos Alexandros __________________________________ Do you Yahoo!? Take Yahoo! Mail with you!
