boot block's size and file system's block sizes

     In ext2 ,  It seems superblock always starts from 1024bytes ,ie.  boot 
block  occupies the first 1K of  partition .   There is no relation between  
boot block's  size and file system's block sizes. Am  I  right?
    what about other fs?
