Setting block sizes beyond 4K

[Date Prev][Date Next][Thread Prev][Thread Next][Date Index][Thread Index]

Hi ,
Is it possible to set block sizes of disk partitions
in the recent linux kernels beyond 4K? (say 8K) The
standard user commands (like mke2fs) has options only
to set the block sizes upto 4K.

Is there a kernel hack that can to be done somewhere?

Sai
