I have an AMD Athlon M Laptop with kernel 2.6.8.1 I'm using the scripts form linux/Documentation/laptop-mode.txt
It works just fine to save power, but when I get disconnect my PC always run very slow, so I can't read a movie ?
Is it possible to have my CPU frequency running faster when my PC consumme a lot of CPU ?
Where can I see this freq ? /proc/cpuinfo give always the same result ?
