I think you have not installed the kernel sources while installing the
Linux on your machine.
Do upgrade the linux installation with kernel source, you will be able
to see all kernel file in "/usr/src/linux<version number>" folder.

i m new to device driver programming.

sir, i m facing the problem with the scull devices as
i m not able to find the path and related issues about
it in the linux kernel 2.4.20-8.

sir, would u plz suggest me any way to deal with this
