In the kernel you can use this code:

u32 gpio_reg;
pci_read_config_dword(dev,0xFC,&gpio_reg);

after that you can test bits in gpio_reg. The code (or register address)
above is for the TSB82AA2!

I dont know how to read registers from userspace.
