Hi,

I am trying to use a USB to ethernet convertor (linksys usb200m).

I tried inserting the device and loading the usbnet.o (modprobe usbnet). Module usbnet is loaded, but I am unable to see any entry corresponding to the usb using ifconfig.

I am using RH9.
The error message I get is (from dmesg)

hub.c: new USB device 00:1d.7-8, assigned address 3
usb.c: USB device 3 (vend/prod 0x77b/0x2226) is not claimed by any active driver

Any pointers? suggestions? help?

Regards,
Om.
