Interrupt Handling in Linux.
[Date Prev][Date Next][Thread Prev][Thread Next][Date Index][Thread Index]
Hi,
Whenever an interrupt occurs in Linux, the initial interrupt handler that runs pushes the interrupt vector number subtracted by 256 on to the stack. Iam not able to understand what purpose this serves. Can anyone shed some light on this.
Cheers,
Sajay
