Hi, the /proc filesystem has both rmem_default and rmem_max /proc/sys/net/core . Now we can change both using sysctl, I was ineterested in knwoing what happens if my rmem_default is set to a bigger value than rmem_max, i lookde at the tcp_ip code in kernel there seems to be no check for rmem_max. any clues ?
