Hi Does any one know the difference between tasklet and softirQ? in the code comments, it was given that tasklets can run only on one cpu simultaneously. I just cudn't visualize how softirq can do? And how does tasklets differ from bottom halves? What is the diff. bet mmap and shared mem. in terms of its application. I mean where xactly mmap can not be used by shared mem. can be used etc...
