Hi all, i slightly modify the sysctl.c file in kernel, recompile the kernel ,it goes all ok but the new vmliux directory created is much lerger than from the original kernel and secondly we need to copy the vmlinuz to /boot there r several directories there from vmlinux to vmlinuz and also few softlinks what they all for, and my new kernel is not booting it just gives mark uncompressing kernel and nothing else plz give explaination on this vmliuz in detail thanks __________________________________ Do you Yahoo!?
