I really think a wiki form of the TODO list would be awesome and 
generally easier to maintain.

Robinson Castillo set up a Kernel Janitor wiki: 
http://alumno.inacap.cl/cgi-bin/wiki  Unfortunately, the software 
he is using doesn't seem to have the features that Twiki has.

Another possibility would be to use the wiki on 
kernelnewbies.org.  I like that idea a lot actually.  What do 
you think?
