hi everybody,

i am a *great* newbie with kernel programming. i need to get a inode
from a pathname into my module for 2.4.20 module.

what is the function/macro i need to do this in 2.4.20?

path_init() && path_walk ??
maybe lookup_dentry ??

actually i am trying with path_init && path_walk looking here:

	http://mail.nl.linux.org/kernelnewbies/2002-05/msg00013.html

but i get into segfault when my module is insmoded...

thanks for help... :*
