Hi,

You have fibre channel driver within the standard kernel source itselt.

for the qlogic fc card you have it in the following link 

/usr/src/linux/drivers/scsi/qlogicfc.c this is only for scsi-fc

/usr/src/linux/drivers/net/fc/ you have for hp fc card 

If you could tell me for what fc card , you writing the driver, i think
i could help you out.
