You can "make pdfdocs" or "make htmldocs" or "make mandocs" to generate it

Hi all, and very happy year 2003.

I wanna know if there are in any place an alphabetical index of the functions
names used in the kernel programming.
Something like the lists of words that is usual find at the end of the manuals
and guides.

If you can't find it, try to use etags or ctags to generate it yourself. See exuberant-ctags package.
