I'm debugging a Geode based framebuffer driver. After performing modprobe geode (the module name is geode) I find that the usage count on the module is 63. This makes it a little more difficult to do debugging since I can never unload the module (I guess I could write an ioctl to force unloading). Why are there 63 usage counts on the silly framebuffer. I also looked at the usage count on my ATI radeon based laptop and find that the usage count is 130. Thoughts? -- _________________________________________ Nat Ersoz nat.ersoz@myrio.com -o) Myrio Corporation Phone: 425.897.7278 /\\ 3500 Carillon Point Cell: 425.417.5182 _\_V Kirkland, WA 98033 Fax: 425.897.5600 -- Kernelnewbies: Help each other learn about the Linux kernel.
