Hi, That's what I'm trying to find out. Pentium 4's MSRs got much more complicated than previous architectures. I guess there are multiple MSRs that need to be setup to be able to count the total number of memory accesses. Any help is appreciated. - Hai On Thu, 7 Nov 2002, Zwane Mwaikambo wrote: > On Tue, 5 Nov 2002, Hai Huang wrote: > > > Has anyone tried to find the number of memory accesses by reading the MSR > > registers on a Pentium 4 processor?
