Hi Jean,

Please take a look at
	1. http://linux-mm.org/docs/initialization.html for memory
initialization.
	2. http://linux-mm.org/docs.shtml general docs about memory
management in Linux.
	3. http://home.earthlink.net/~jknapka/linux-mm/vmoutline.html
outline of memory management system
	4. http://www.surriel.com/lectures/linux24-vm.html page replacement
in 2.4 kernel
	5.
http://linuxkernel.foundries.sourceforge.net/article.pl?sid=02/06/26/0116225
Linux Kernel Foundry
also contain an audio lecture about memory management.
	6. Linux-mm mailing list is a platform for you to discuss
specifically memory related things.

Subject: Any pointers to good documents on kernel 2.4

Hi:

I'm studying the kernel 2.4 MM part.
I find the code is quite different from the book
"Understanding Linux Kernel", which is based on 2.2.

Could anyone point me to some on-line documentation?

Thanks.
So far I've got the following good one:
