I think the problem is only in the last chapter (Public Function Provided)
in the sgml code, which has no body: try to erase it.

Subject: kerneldoc pdf files are broken

 Hello there,

Some of pdf files (Kernel-Locking HOWTO and Microchannel book) in
kerneldoc section are broken. I also tried to make them myself
using 'make pdfdocs' in 2.4.18 kernel tree, but failed with following
error msg

make[1]: Entering directory
`/mnt/tj-work/os/linux-2.4.18-aiov/Documentation/DocBook'
db2pdf wanbook.sgml
Using catalogs: /etc/sgml/catalog
Using stylesheet:
/usr/share/sgml/docbook/utils-0.6.9/docbook-utils.dsl#print
Working on:
/mnt/tj-work/os/linux-2.4.18-aiov/Documentation/DocBook/wanbook.sgml
This is pdfTeX, Version 3.14159-1.00a-pretest-20011114-ojmw (Web2C 7.3.7)
(Fatal format file error; I'm stymied)
make[1]: *** [wanbook.pdf] Error 9
make[1]: Leaving directory
`/mnt/tj-work/os/linux-2.4.18-aiov/Documentation/DocBook'
make: *** [pdfdocs] Error 2

- Thx in adv.
