That site has some datasheets for various south bridges which incorporate 
watchdogs. Natsemi's datasheets are also pretty good so you shouldn't 
have a problem due to bad documentation. You might not find anyone with 
the hardware, but reading the datasheets and converting it into code would 
provide for good experience.
