Maybe I wasn't clear enough. I test it on a local machine, that's why the
receiving routine can trigger itself in my case. But I am not sure about
that, since kernel panicks and I can't see my debugging info.

Maybe transport protocol's handler (receiving routine) is executed by IP
in some kind of kernel state (interrupt?), which doesn't allow for
reentering it until it's finished itself?
Please help.
